One of our local members that has been machining plastics since 1987 for industrial applications, has stepped up in the fight to stop the spread of COVID-19.

Seeing a need for retail business to keep a distance from their customers this local business came up with a simple but brilliant design that "protects individuals where transactions are made between employees and customers and or health care staff and patient". The design does not need any tools to assemble and does not require any fasteners or cable.

The guard is made of 1/4” thick Polycarbonate, which is clear, shatterproof, plastic material. The standard size is 42” wide by 36” high, with a pass through window of 12” wide by 6” high.
