Restaurants have been forced to change the way they do business. What happens when you are a fine dining restaurant in a small town?

One local restaurant with a brilliant chef decided to design a set menu each week. This restauranteur has been so busy he now has his own online ordering system. The menu is set for Wednesday - Saturday and diners can enjoy delicious meals in their own home.

This past weeks menu had Mushroom ravioli, Red wine braised short ribs, and herb crusted roasted cod. Take out is available or local delivery in the Shelburne area. Orders are due Tuesday by noon.
